1. Introduction

Welcome to OneClickBlocks ("we", "us", "our"). OneClickBlocks provides tools that allow sellers to publish product listings, showcase stores, and communicate with interested users through messaging.

By accessing or using any OneClickBlocks application or service ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who the Platform Is For

The Platform is intended for:

  • Sellers offering products, handmade items, art, or creative/professional services
  • Buyers seeking to discover items and communicate directly with sellers

The Platform is not a marketplace for personal services such as massage, escorting, companionship, or dating services.

3. Accounts and Plans

  • Publishing stores or products requires a paid plan.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Paid plans are non-refundable if content violates publishing rules.

4. Content and Publishing Rules

You may publish only content that:

  • Represents real products or allowed services
  • Is lawful and non-misleading
  • Does not contain sexual, adult, or exploitative content
  • Does not violate intellectual property rights

Disallowed content includes (but is not limited to):

  • Personal body services (massage, escorting, sexual services)
  • Scam or fraudulent listings
  • Hate speech or harassment

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict visibility at our discretion.

5. Messaging and Communication

  • Messaging enables direct communication between buyers and sellers.
  • We do not guarantee responses or transaction outcomes.
  • Messaging abuse, spam, or harassment is prohibited.

System announcements and platform updates are not conversations and cannot be replied to.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Pricing: OneClickBlocks offers "Starter" ( $19/year) and "Full" ( $49/year) plans. Prices are inclusive of applicable sales tax or VAT collected by our Merchant of Record.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed annually and will automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Merchant of Record: International payments are processed via our partner [Polar.sh], who acts as the Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of the Platform and the immediate delivery of premium features and AI services, all sales are final. OneClickBlocks does not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments for partial subscription periods or unused features.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal provided by our payment partner. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Chargebacks: If a user initiates a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with their bank, OneClickBlocks reserves the right to permanently terminate the account and blacklist the user from future services.

8. Transactions and Payments

Currently, OneClickBlocks does not process payments between buyers and sellers.

Any transaction is arranged directly between users.
We are not responsible for delivery, quality, refunds, or disputes.

Future payment features may be added under separate terms.

9. Analytics and Data

We may provide aggregated analytics such as views, messages, or interactions.
Analytics are informational only and not guarantees of sales or performance.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

We may:

  • Review or moderate content
  • Suspend or remove accounts
  • Limit visibility of listings

Violation of rules may result in removal without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

  • Losses from transactions
  • User-generated content
  • Communication between users
  • Service interruptions

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
